IS: Toy Tonics Soundcloud
Another great house track for your summer soundtrack (audio)
Aside from Heist Recordings, Razor-N-Tape, and Better Listen, the other house label that I’m obsessed with is Toy Tonics. Much like Better Listen, Toy Tonics seems to focus on making good time house music, often releasing stuff with a disco tinge that’s just tasteful enough. And it seems like this new track, “Yeah Pass It In”, from from label head Kapote is the perfect example of this, as the track features some fun and playful vibes with it’s rubbery bass line and synth work, as well as some funky percussion sampling and some hard hitting drums. Overall, great stuff.
